Returns

Please follow instructions below carefully to ensure that your return is processed promptly:

All returns must have an Offshore Products issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA#, contact Offshore Products with the name of the purchaser and date of the purchase.

Customized Products are not returnable.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Items returned after 30 days of purchase date are subject to a 15% restocking/repackaging charge and are eligible for an Offshore Products website credit only.

Discontinued items may not be eligible for return.

Returned items must be in "as new" condition with no visible signs of usage and must be in original salable packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Items should always be shipped using a method that uses a tracking number so it may easily be traced, if lost.

Returned items lost in transit will not be issued a refund or credit without proof of delivery to Offshore Products.

Package your return merchandise carefully.

Credit will not be given for returned merchandise that incurs damage in transit.

Offshore Products does not accept returns shipped to us "COD Freight".

We do not pay, credit, or refund any shipping costs unless the item (s) were processed incorrectly due to an Offshore Product’s error.

Allow three weeks for processing credit or refund.

Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear in your Credit Card statement.
